I'll keep this drive up to date as best I can, and if I find anything interesting, I'll add it below:

- The "Torn Letter" and the "Notepad Page" were both found inside Randall's briefcase. I imagine they were both in one piece before the train came along.

- I was able to source the committee report through a contact that I have in the Insurance industry.
